Delivery of the unit was prompt. Setting the unit up was very straight forward and install was done with basic hand tools. The app for Starlink is easy to follow and from start to finish was approximately 2 hours for setup. Easy to install once I figured out where I wanted the dish. The instructions said make a one inch hole, I practiced on a scrap board and found I had to use a 1.5 inch hole saw to get the cable through the floor. Setup was simple and it works great
